"pupils eligible for services under Section 504 include:
a student referred for special education services but who does not qualify under IDEA;
Any student is eligible to be referred for a Section 504 plan to be instated. 504's are designed to accommodate the students learning needs. Some of the needs may seem simple, but are beneficial to a students learning.
